Birth Doula Package – $1000

  • Initial consultation (free of charge) to get to know each other and see if I’d be a good doula for you;
  • 2 Prenatal visits to discuss your needs and desires;
  • Help both mother and father prepare for this journey of birth & parenthood;
  • Provide assistance in creating a birth plan to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options available to you;
  • Review comfort measures/coping methods and answer any questions;
  • Access to full lending library;
  • Support by telephone and email as needed during pregnancy and immediate postpartum;
  • 24 hour on-call availability from 2 weeks before your estimated due date;
  • Labour support from the beginning of active labour (or earlier if needed) at home or at the hospital;
  • Emotional, physical and informational support during labour, birth and up to two hours after the birth of your baby;
  • One at home postpartum visit to see how you are doing and provide additional support and resources.

 

BirthDoula + Package – $1300 (Most sought after!)

Includes all the same prenatal and birth support in our Birth Doula Package with the addition of 3 Breastfeeding Support visits, and unlimited 24hr call/email/text support through the completion of your final visit, which is highly beneficial when you have those middle of the night breastfeeding questions or concerns.

Birth/Postpartum Package – $1700

Includes all the same prenatal and birth support as our Birth doula package with the addition of 30 hours of in-home postpartum support (6 x 5hours days); to be used within 4 weeks after the birth.  Mothering the mother in this journey of transition, a postpartum doula provides loving, non judgemental support, so that the new mother feels rested, well nourished. Newborn care practices taught to both mother & father so both feel supported, and connected.

 

HypnoBirthing®/Doula Package – $1,500.

Includes all the same services as our Birth Doula package with an extra 5 prenatal visits which we will do Hypnobirthing classes for a natural, calm and relaxing birthing experience.  Your Hypnobirthing instructor will also be your Doula which gives you a truly well rounded birthing experience.  This package also includes creating a birth plan.

The Ultimate Calming Birth Package – $1,650

Includes all the same services as our HypnoBirthing.Doula package, and what better way to have a more calming birth then to have a Birth pool which is included in this package to give you the ultimate Calming birth. The birth tub comes with all your needs to relax, breath and to Hypnobirth on.
